Klemm Tank Lines is a division of the Kenan Advantage Group and managed by Greg Klimek and Jim Appleton. Klemm Tank Lines has been hauling bulk hazardous materials for over 60 years. Presently we are the largest Petroleum carrier in the state of Wisconsin and continue to expand both our Petroleum and our Chemical Division. Our Corporate office and main terminal are located in Green Bay, WI with terminals in Portage, Madison, and Milwaukee, WI as well as Rockford, and Huntley, IL. We have several areas of operation throughout Wisconsin, Illinois, Upper Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa and Indiana to serve our customers.

We have different divisions within our company consisting of our light oils, propane, asphalt and chemicals.

Our Light Oil Division has trailers strategically based in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Upper Michigan and Minnesota. We recently have significantly expanded our fleet in the Illinois market as well as constant growth in Wisconsin and Iowa. We continue to focus on the service and technology needs of our customers, some of which include the billing process, inventory management, branded units and any other requirement that may be beneficial for our customers to effectively operate their business.

Our Propane and Asphalt Divisions also have trailers based and operating in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Upper Michigan, and Minnesota.  In our Chemical Division we have stainless steel insulated trailers, along with several specialty trailers, which include stainless steel, and aluminum compartment trailers strategically located in Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and Connecticut. We service all 48 states as well as Canada. All our units are equipped with Qualcom satellites to ensure customer communications are accurate and timely. The latest technology is available to our Managers, Dispatchers, and Drivers.

Our Safety and Quality programs speak well of Klemm Tank Lines. We have several partnerships that require quarterly or semi-annual evaluations, our records and standings on these evaluations are all excellent. We service many customers that are ISO certified or have other quality programs in place.

Each of our Divisions run independently yet collectively to service both our internal and external customers. We have drivers cross trained to help with the needs of the customers, but also to insure that we can keep them happy with the quality of their work and salary needs, and retain the experienced people that we have as employees.
